1)OSD MANUFACTURING GRANULATION
- Experience in granulation of solid oral dosage forms of Production Dept. (regulated formulation plant)
- Formulations Experience is mandatory

2)OSD MANUFACTURING
- Exposure of tablet manufacturing like ORAL SOLID DOSAGE FORM i.e. Granulation, Compression and Coating, Dispensing, shifting & milling of all types of Tablets.
- Review and Correction of Non-conformance observations of BMR to minimize the errors, cuttings and overwriting, give training to fill the BMR and corrections procedure as per the requirement of regulatory authorities.
- Formulations Experience is mandatory
3)OSD PACKING
- Responsible for packaging activity in solid oral packing (blister etc) i.e.line clearence, man power & material handling, packing plan follow up, all documentation like log cards, BPCR, deviations, SAP.
- Candidate should have Knowledge of operating Romaco or equivalent blister packing machine.
- Formulations Experience is mandatory
4)OSD PACKING AUTO CARTONATOR
- Candidate should have hands-on experience of operating Auto cartonator/ pouching machine (ULMA/Hopack/Etc.)
- Formulations Experience is mandatory
5)OSD PACKING / BLISTER PACKING
- Candidate should have hands-on experience of operating Romaco or equivalent blister packing machine
- Formulations Experience is mandatory
6)QUALITY CONTROL EXECUTIVE
- The candidate should have experience of Analytical Validation, Dissolution Tester, Chemical Analysis, handling HPLC, Gas Chromotography etc.
- Formulations Experience is mandatory
- To Maintain and follow the cGMP / cGLP in QC. Analysis of Stability Samples and stability sample summary. Knowledge of Laboratory Information System. Calibration of Laboratory Equipment and updation of logbook.
- Knowledge of reporting Incidence / Deviation / OOS / OOT trackwise. Analysis of Raw Material, Packaging Material & Finished Product. Timely Analysis and review of Analytical Method Transfer.
7)QA – IPQA
- The candidate should be well versed with In- Process Quality Assurance activity
- Formulations Experience is mandatory
- To Perform Sampling of In-Process, Finished Product and Hold time Samples as per product BPCR or approved Protocol.
8)QA – QMS
- The candidate should be well versed with documentation and Quality Management System
- Formulations Experience is mandatory
- Knowledge of Documentation, Retrieval, destruction and archival of QA Records, Process evaluation Protocols, training documents, Batch Sampling Plans etc. .
- Knowledge of Laboratory Information management system and knowledge of QMS Flow chart.
9)QA – AQA
- The candidate should be well versed with laboratory procedures and hands on experience on HPLC, GC etc.
- Formulations Experience is mandatory
- Master creation in LIMS
- Preparation of standard Test Procedure and specification of Raw Material, Finished Product , In-Process, Regulatory and Shelf life.
- To verify Calibration / Preventive maintenance activities in line with planner.
- To review, investigate and approve OOS, OOT and Laboratory investigation report.
10)PRODUCTION
- The candidate should have experience of working in Granulation/ Compression/Coating.
- Formulations Experience is mandatory
- To Plan execution of monthly production plan.
- To initiate, investigate, review and implement CAPA related activities.
- Review and achieve production targets
- Review of IQ, OQ, PQ protocols, Reports and other activities.
11)PRODUCTION- PACKAGING
- The candidate should have experience of working in Packaging department.
- Formulations Experience is mandatory
- To carry out activity in Packaging, review of online documentation, to plan and execution of monthly production plan
- Proper utilization of Manpower and Machineries,
- Review and achieve production targets, Review of IQ, OQ, PQ protocols, Reports and other activities.
12)WAREHOUSE EXECUTIVE
- The candidate should have experience of working in Warehouse department of Pharma Company.
- Formulations Experience is mandatory
- To receive Packaging Material and Prepare GRs through SAP System as per SOP.
- Periodic Stock taking of Packaging Material and Follow SOP Procedures.
- Handling of Rejected Material and their destruction as per SOP.
