Job Description:Palletisation officer (Packing officer) at depot.
Palletisation of shippers and drums for Export consignment.
Heat treated wooden pallets to be used as per ISPM 15 norms for palletisation. Check that all the pallets are cleaned with moisture content below 18% and used within validity days or as per SOP. These pallets should be used on FIFO basis
All shippers and drums to be checked for its intactness and damages.
Aggregation and serialization to be performed on consignment as per compliance.
Check that there should be no batch mixing on a single pallet. Unless required by customer.
Reconcile total number of shippers after palletisation
Checking of all shipper and Drums for its shipping marks and correctness. .
