Walk-In for Production Trainee Chemist & QC Chemist @ Vizag
Please walk-In on 03.04.2019 @ 02.00 pm (Wednesday) if you want to join as Production Trainee Chemist;
- Carry out the manufacturing operations according to the approved BPCR as instructed by the chemist/ designee.
- Perform the operations in accordance to the established SOPs and cGMP and capture the data in relevant documents as and when the operation is being carried out.
- To record the batch operation details in the BPCR from time to time.
- To follow & implement the cGMP during execution of the batches.
- To arrange for Quality testing of in-process & stage end material.
- To execute Trial / Validation batches as per the specific steps mentioned in the concerned Protocol.
- To ensure good Housekeeping in & around the concerned Production area.
- To maintain daily Log and Stock books.
- To operate the equipment safely by following Safety guidelines and wearing the personnel protective equipment during the execution of production activities.
- To attend the cGMP training & Internal training [SOPs, Critical Process Parameters, cGMP and Operational Safety] classes without fail.
- To maintain and calibrate the Measuring devices in the concerned production block.
- To raise job cards for preventive maintenance.
- To hand over the shift details / activities perfectly to the Relieving Production Assistant.
- Responsible to follow company safety rules and implement safety procedures.
- To undertake any other job as may be assigned by the Head-Production.
QC Chemist:
1. Responsible for work execution of day to day analytical activities.
2. Handling of analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, Analytical Balance, pH Meter & UV.
3. Responsible for execution of method validations and verifications.
4. Responsible for analytical method transfers to other customer sites.
5. Responsible for Calibrations and preventive maintenance of instruments.
6. Routine troubleshooting & lab equipment maintenance.
7. Responsible for testing of in-process and intermediate samples.
8. Responsible for notify of OOS and OOC.
9. Responsible for maintenance of working standards and reference standards.
10. Responsible for handling of HPLC/GC columns management.
11. Monitoring of good laboratory practices
