Job Description:Roles and responsibilities Execute day to day Material planning activity of raw material and packing material for a specific cluster of units by monitoring existing inventories, collaborating with manufacturing stores, quality, plant planner teams to meet the OTIF as per set guidelines and ensure material availability. Liaise with Stores, Unit Planners, QA, Packing Materials, Procurement and manufacturing teams on delivery of material to meet OTIF target Check with Procurement for RM, PM delivery, rejections, and delivery of goods to ensure immediate action by procurement to ensure material availability Ensure the indenting of RM, PM is done in adherence to the agreed standards of quantities and timelines for optimum inventory levels at all units. Required Candidate profile 1-3 years of Stores experience in Pharma industry. Experience in material planning. Good communication skills, influencing skills, techno-commercial knowledge, MS Office skills and SAP, stakeholder management. Co-ordination with multiple stakeholders (manufacturing teams, QA, Procurement etc). Order prioritization. Availability of real-time data of orders, material across all units and RM,PM that is yet to be delivered Review and release of RM/PM PRs based on demand. Action against non-moving inventory in adherence to the metrics established
