Job Description:Will drive individual sub category to ensure supply chain KPIs of OTIF, COGS improvement, Quality & Compliance & unconstrained & uninterrupted supplies within the IP, Regulatory and Statutory framework across global markets. Interface between external Supplier Base & Internal Stakeholders which supports IPD to ease the development and ensure on time filing. I. Establishing best-in-class global sourcing strategies for APIs, Intermediates & Excipients to fuel the aggressive R&D pipeline with focus on best in class COGS, quality & compliance within the regulatory and IP framework. II. Developing a framework of quality standards, procedures & systems and overseeing smooth implementation of same at suppliers end. III. Achieving stringent cost reduction targets & implement and continuous improvement initiatives for sustainability IV. Ensuring material OTIF and lead time reduction to sustainably adhere to the R&D dossier filing schedule. V. Build & nurture strategic relations with key vendors to ensure preferential treatment to Cipla in terms of technical assistance, pricing & delivery of materials.
Salary INR 6,00,000 – 12,00,000 PA.
