Job Description:1. The transition of the product/process/knowledge between R&D and Plant 2. To receive all the gathered knowledge and use it as the basis for the manufacturing control strategy, the approach to process validation and on-going continuous improvement 3. To ensure variability of process and parameters are controlled and sufficient in the face of the rigors of a commercial production environment 4. To verify parameters established during development are still within the determined design space and/or adjusted at scale-up 5. To transfer technology of existing product to other site/places as per business requirement 6. Tech-transfer related post-marketing changes 7. Technical gap analysis, risk assessment and potential regulatory gap 8. Documentation, Process Validation, Designing of transfer protocol, Comparison of materials, method and equipment, Identification of critical points, Trial production/Scale up batches 9. Participation in equipment selection, area/facility up gradation, capacity creation 10. Supporting Qualification of manufacturing and Packing equipment
