Job Description:-* To perform detailed literature searches for patent infringement and patentability analysis for various products in grids and to prepare patent landscapes for various products and technologies. To identify and prepare draft patent applications to capture any innovation in generics.Also monitor alerts and competitive developments and provide updates Patentability searches & report generation, patent specification drafting & filing and searches for infringement, preparation of IP summary reports and providing the same to R & D, follow up for data generation, drafting pre-grant/post-grant oppositions Preparation of reports for IP due diligence of in-licensing/ out-licensing of various projects, preparing queries & responses and monitoring patent alerts and Competitive developments,updating R & D and BD teams on it.
