Job Description: PM is expected to handle scope creep with guidance from Reporting Manager and Regulatory team, and ensure that affected activities are informed with revised action plan pertaining to the point which has experienced scope creep. Keeping stake holders across horizontal and vertical levels informed of progress from time to time Help RA lead in communicating the status of query resolution to all Business Development Stakeholders and other relevant functions Tracking the execution to ensure adherence problem solving to crash timelines where possible Periodic review of Projects and necessary vertical escalations, to speed up or removal of bottlenecks Facilitate cross functional group meetings at a project level to have visibility of status Prepare and present the status of queries for weekly MIS and monthly all-hands meetings to update senior management on progress.
