Job Description:Identifying faults & troubleshooting of PLC, DCS, BMS system. Plan & responsible for shift activities. To handle equipment such as Emerson & Siemens DCS systems, FF, profibus protocols. To handle instruments such as temperature, pressure, ph etc. Hands on programming/troubleshooting experience in Emerson delta-v and similar DCS systems. Drive the PM & calibration activity along with the shift person and ensure the 100% completion of the same. To manage a team engineering Good understanding on cGMP documentation Process knowledge on equipment’s like, Autoclave, DHS, fermenters, FBD, CIP/SIP Systems etc.
